"We met Oliver Indra at an open house and were immediately attracted to his friendly personality and his knowledge of the current foreclosure market. We told him of our interest in buying a condo as an investment, and he shared that he had just sold two units to another investor. Over the next several months he sent us new listings as they came up, and made himself available to show us the units from time to time. Finally we found one that we liked, made an offer, commencing the “dance” with the bank. On that one our “best and final offer” came in second. Then we found another unit in the same complex that we were eventually able to purchase.
