Market Updates 11/19/15!!
Fire Mountain currently only has an inventory percentage of 2.5% - very low. This means that sellers have an advantage to get high dollar for their home. Buyers are looking for homes in the $700,000 -$900,000 that are remodeled. Many homes current listed (there are only 11 ) are in the $600,000 range but need a lot of updating.
There's a brand new listing in Fire Mountain that is SUPER Remodeled on
LA PAZ listed for $889,000 - it has 4 bedrooms and an extra room that can be used as a granny flat. I visited the home last week while they were putting on the final touches, and it's really nice, really open floor plan. Turns out after they cut down the over grown trees, they found - THE OCEAN. LOL So a little ocean peak while washing dishes never hurt anyone.
I also saw a
